Tiger Power Ushers in a New Chapter—2022: United as Jia Zhang, We Create Brilliance Together

Service touches hearts, and communication begins from the soul. Details determine success or failure—attitude defines everything; customers come first, and service is our top priority. For the colleagues at Jiuxin Engineering, serving isn’t just a job—it’s a profound sense of responsibility.

On February 11, 2022, the Engineering Department held its first Spring Festival recognition meeting of the year as scheduled, ringing the bell to inspire and encourage everyone. Li Linhui, Chairman of the company, Jiang Zhiwei, General Manager, Yan Wujiu, Deputy General Manager, along with leaders from various departments across the company, attended the event. The meeting focused on summarizing the achievements of 2021 and outlining the key priorities for 2022, while also recognizing outstanding mentors and service role models by presenting them with certificates of honor and cash bonuses.

At the meeting, Yan Wujiu, Deputy General Manager of the Engineering Department, first summarized the 2021 business performance and achievements, and outlined plans for expanding operations in 2022. Liu Hongxing, head of the Engineering Department, reflected on the shortcomings in current work and set the key priorities and service objectives for the coming year. Meanwhile, leaders from various departments also shared their perspectives on how their respective units could better collaborate with the engineering team to deliver enhanced services.

We hope that in the coming year, our colleagues at Feishanqi will continue to view service as an endless source of motivation, regard enhancing service quality as an integral part of unlocking potential, and persistently pay meticulous attention to every detail of our services. Always putting customers first, anticipating their needs, delivering exceptional service throughout the entire process, and continually exceeding their expectations—thus faithfully creating even greater value for them.
