High-Strength Alloy Formork

Relying on FSQ's industrial strength in building materials field for 34 years,we have crafted a standard intelligent production line for high-strength alloy steel formwork with exquisite craftsmanship.

Zinc magnesium aluminum template

Crafted with ingenuity, a standard intelligent production line for high-strength alloy steel templates.

Post support (single support)

Support the top formwork or bottom formwork of beams at intervals no greater than 1.3 m; spacing should be denser in cantilevered sections.

Diagonal brace

Straighten the vertical formwork and support the backing lath at intervals no greater than 2 meters, ensuring the wall's verticality is properly controlled.

Diagonal brace base / Connector

The base fixes the diagonal brace to the ground, and the connector links the diagonal brace to the back frame, enhancing support stability.

Pin and pin plate

In conjunction with the connection of various formwork panels and accessories, long dowels are used in early-demolding devices to prevent formwork displacement.

Wall-through bolts (tie rods)

Connect the formwork on both sides of the wall or beam, and use backing struts for reinforcement to resist the lateral pressure of concrete.

Pulling film

Embed the formwork into the template slot and tie the formwork on both sides—no holes need to be left, saving costs on later sealing and enhancing waterproof performance.

Backer connector / Backer clamp

Connect the ends of the backing strips or secure their positions to enhance the overall integrity of the backing strips.

Hanging formwork

A structural component suspended from a fixed object, featuring varying heights and no independent support.

High-strength conical sleeve

The protective double-threaded rods facilitate repeated disassembly while accurately determining wall thickness and minimizing dimensional deviations.

Mold release agent

Apply to the formwork contact surface to prevent concrete from sticking, ensuring a smooth concrete surface free of chipped edges after demolding.
